I doubt that this is related to the flash exporter directly, however, would you mind filing a bug with your project ? As for swf filesizes; have you unchecked development build when building for Flash...

A guess; your server needs a Flash crossdomain.xml for Flash to be able to access it.

When you upload the swf for usage in a site, that site needs to use a SWF embed tag with wmode direct. The test html that we provide when we make a build shows you how to do this.

In the state 11.4 delivers workers, supporting them from Unity Flash is not easy or per-se beneficial. In 11.5 this changes. However, this does not mean that we will be able to expose c# threads.

You need to set the correct swf version / player version on the swf you are loading it in. In this case 11.2

You need to have control over that domain and use a crossdomain.xml on it; images.earthcam.com doesn't have a crossdomain.xml

If all your assemblies are compiled by Unity, then setting "development build" checkbox in the build menu will allow you to track these down.
